Peter, There were no good explanations for this -- no good explanations whatsoever. The analogy of beating a dead horse comes to mind. The damage done to the company by these revelations is a stake in the heart of SYSF. Stick a fork in them they are done! My apologies to all that still hold the stock but that is my opinion. Marc
