And just how do you determine that they don't have conflicts of interest? Major medical journals have publicly lamented the fact that at least half of "science" is now so corrupted by conflicts of interest that it's a minefield navigating it. This is a perfect example of why it's a logical fallacy to claim that if an expert said it or wrote it, it's true. That is a non sequitur.
