Correct gg,,, stinky smell… putrid.. what the hell are the government funded Transportation Safety Board employees getting paid to do?? Nothing?? 3 YEARS YESTERDAY! No final report in 3 YEARS?? Is it the family’s lawsuit?? Covering for inept CP management?? <<<< The 3 families that lost loved ones in this boondoggle,,, presently suing CP will stay the course,, I hope . The wrongdoing on CP’s part is the supervisor telling originating crew to apply brake retainers on their train stopped on over 2% grade with virtually no air on it. This procedure to hold a train in place has never been in the rules and never will be. Applying handbrakes was the ONLY solution. New hand brake rule 66 that came out as a result of this tragedy proves this. Radio conversations that took place at that time will be revelling.>>>
