I use the non-pro version 3.38.1
MP4 Downloader 3
Comes with converter from MP4 to MP3.
Love it.

For other files unrecognized by the above app,
I use

Video DownloadHelper
Version 7.6.0
Use the MP4 Downloader to convert MP4 to MP3

Excellent.

Be careful which site you choose to d/l from...PUPs and all that.
