Comments on 2D->3D Conversion? (Imagica Lic.)
Neil:
While learning more about IMAX for my IRA, I came across the following
bit of interesting Movie Industry Tech news. If the patented process
described works, it would appear to be the modern day equivalent of
turning 'Straw into Gold' the way Ted Turner did by 'Colorizing' his
huge archive of B&B movies. In fact Turner may be able to do it all over
again by 3D-ing his colorized film library :)
