Steve, I have a suggestion for you. Send off to Brock for NetGain information. Send off to the others (VNTV, CLFY, SEBL etc.) for their information. Then do your own comparison. Alternatively buy a research report from Gartner or Meta Group or Aberdeen or others. Or go to a SFA conference--there's one in Chicago in early March--and see all these products in action. Or hire a consultant.

In an earlier post I think I also suggested some other resources you could use.
