LL,
The trial should have been repeated at least.
The Phase III trial IS the repeat.

After seeing good results with the Phase I trial, a company will REPEAT it with a Phase II trial, but with a bigger pool of patients.

The only amateurs here are those who don't even know how the process works. It's a standard process. It's been applied to pretty much every single other new drug that has been approved, as well as drugs that have been dropped mid-trial.

Show me the Phase I, II, and III trials for HCQ.

Show me the Phase I, II, and III trials for Vitamin D.

Show me the Phase I, II, and III trials for Ivermectin when it comes to treating COVID.

You can't. It's that simple.
