Are you entering the site through an old bookmark? The navigation panel will show up if you 1) start at the main homepage (http://www.techstocks.com) and click Member Login OR 2) bookmark the member homepage (/~wsapi/investor/main-0) Not that #2 is displayed on your URL whenever the panel is turned on, so bookmarking it right now will do the trick, if you have the panel visible. Then get rid of your old bookmark.
