BC, that's an old memo. Obviously the neocon strategy has been around for decades.

Neoconservatism, for all practical purposes, is dead for now, but the remnants of that policy still linger.

I'm still a big believer in the Bush Doctrine. We make no distinction between the terrorists and those who harbor them.

What I've soured on, though, is that nation-building thingy. The Pottery Barn rule, "You break it, you own it."
