They stupidly bought TimeWarner (CNN, HBO, etc.). They put John Stanky in charge of TW. TW drains them. They fire CEO Stevenson and promote Stanky to CEO. They announce they are dumping TW. And now Stanky promotes three of the idiots at CNN who killed CNN.

Must be nice to be so big you can screw up repeatedly and still cash.
