Funk, I am also amazed and the capacity to execute in and out scalping 1/4 or 1/8 was incredible. The trading I did was so extraordinary that I felt that I was literally on the floor with the MM's. I was able to follow a 1minute intraday candlestick chart right next to my MM box and on the other side had a longterm chart with MACD, Candlesticks RSI,ROC, Bollingers and Stochastics all linked together. The execution keys are driven by keyboard entries and speed number keys on the right of the board are programable to specific stocks that allow rapid switching between stocks on the MM box and charts. I Demoed the system for one week and had gone to Austin for their course that was a one dayer but the standard is two days. The top box shows you your P&L and the average ticket earnings. You have a position box which follows your trades and lets you know the status of the open position. I was in and out of OXHP five or six times after I heard of Micheal Price's purchase of the stock on CNBC, I had instantaneous trading with the execution. As the guy on Squakbox stated we have news just in I typed in OXHP and the MM's ran the stock within 2 seconds of the statement and I had already executed a trade what a rush. OXHP took off and then down then up what a trading opportunity. CSCO was very similar all day and provided several oportunities during the day. I am overwhelmed at the power of the system and have realized what a disadvantage we are at without these tools if you are a shortterm trader. I have a frame relay connection which costs $378/month from Worldcom and the Router from Cisco was $700 the prices of the workstation I built I already posted. This is not for everyone but it is truly incredible. Anyway will keep you posted call these guys they are really great and helpful.They have a thread as well. DrRisk lets share strategies.
