Medical tyranny is a new phenomenon and is rampant.

One of those indicated solutions is an easy buy and shows good results for a small sample of studies. Been used throughout the ages for a variety of ailments. I have a few ounces of the stuff now.

Apart from Vitamin D I take Quercitin, Luteolin, Zinc Citrate when I feel the Covids threaten, I think the zinc goes for my joints though so I am back to just Vitamin D unless things worsen.

A daily dose 3 to 4 grams of Nigella Sativa is easy to add to normal cooked dishes if needed.

I have a stack of Aspirin now. You used to be able to buy jars of low dose Aspirin until the nanny state kicked in some years ago. They were concerned about people taking overdoses. An early form of government control freakery that has nothing on todays insanity.
