MM, Ultra is a subsidiary of BAAT and does the battery thing. They have a patent on a sealing process for batteries that would increase the life of the battery. I think the process is also going to be used in Germany and India by two large battery companies. biz.yahoo.com BAAT has certainly had it's run for awhile, I would be leery of buying it now as it is sure to come down. cya, Bob
