I think so. With the global population growth stabilizing overall - and turning negative in most of the world - the only way to preserve our nice, prosperous way of life seems to be to increase productivity…. by offloading more work on AI.

(I just wish people would spend more time and energy on robots, rather on developing better ways to kill us. As far as fears of robots taking over… imho, power hungry humans are a more clear and present danger).
