You keep bringing up the Covid restrictions related mental stress.

Looking at our circle of family, friends, acquaintances, neighours I just don’t see many signs of stress. Yes, some have had to deal with the problems of school closings, limited access to friends / family in senior’s facilities but somehow they managed to adjust.

Those relegated to working from home seem to enjoy it. More freedom + less wasted commuting time = higher productivity or so I am told.

Many rediscovered the largely lost art of cooking and the money they saved in the process.

Sure, there are people who had / have a hard time coping with Covid induced limitations but then again, there are lots of people who have a problem coping with the many other government induced limitations as in obeying laws of all sorts.
