A friend of mine? told me D3 is rat poison.

He is correct according to this:

Is vitamin D3 killing you? ... Yes, rat poison uses cholecalciferol, vitamin D3, because it's toxic to rats. Rat baits are laced with D3 as it is fairly effective as a poison. It causes anticoagulation, the blood can't clot and the rat bleeds out.

So I replied:You did see that Israel is using "rat poison" to treat and prevent covid
