Larry, it should be evident from Darleen's messages that I have kicked over one rock already. I'm delighted that Brackpool hosts Acura and women's tennis. I wish he could demonstrate the ability to generate free cash flow. (I can't resist the observation that another woman's tennis maven is Cowpland the guy running Corel.) I personally don't admire people who behave the way Brackpool does. I do not believe that shareholders and their investment are high on his list of priorities. This guy always goes first class. Keith watches out for Keith. Do your own homework.

More specifics? Suggest that you start with SEC filings. You need to go back and trace them forward. I probably don't have the worst. For that I suggest you check the filings in his law suits and bankruptcy proceedings. There's lots on standard data bases, but for the best stuff you need to ask agro and water people. I imagine that if you were to contact people from RailCycle they could tell you great stories.

My fear is that it will play out like a SolveX, a Bre-X, or a ZZZZ Best. Something doesn't smell right, but there's probably a good deal of hype left. Honestly, I don't see a precipitating event to unveil the problems. I think that they are drowning in debt. I have no faith in their ability to operate an agricultural operation, and I would bet that any water pay out will only work if it gets govt subsidy. I believe that they are suing the local County govt in San Bernardino which probably doesn't help with good will. My sense is that this is a stalking horse for MWD only. My sense is that CLCI management doesn't care because the the whole business plan is to hit WMX for a RICO damage payment. If it works, the balance sheet is fixed. If it doesn't the debt holders foreclose. In any case, the denouement is far off. Suggest that you follow form 4's. Never fight the insiders.
