Wow, I had no idea Utah's blood alcohol level limit for drunk driving was 0.05%: thehill.com I remember reading about an exclusive group of people who were called "The 700 Club" Believe it or not, I think it was in Readers Digest. This was about 25-years ago. They were a group of like 8-Americans who had reached blood alcohol levels of 0.700 and had survived without being permanently disabled. 0.40 is considered to be fatal.
