Pogeu, didn't see the current daily dose you take. I'm doing 10,000 iu per day currently but was wondering if that is the approximate target for someone living on the 45th parallel.

Edit, just came across it.... 50,000 iu per day? I'm going to start ramping up my dose gradually and go from there.
