You are absolutely correct that the dilution and new rules will help SyQuest's loss per share to be smaller.

Where it will hurt them is that investors will finally SEE the numbers of shares of dilution. We've had to dig deep into their SEC filings to determine that there are 150 million shares accounted for. Most investors (and online resources) still put SyQuest at 30-50 million shares. I think everyone here on SI and over on Yahoo realize that they're at 150 million now (thanks to me and Dale <G>), but I doubt that most of SYQT's investors do. After this quarter they will.

But maybe they won't care. Kinda like Zippergate.
