Good points in your post. I've no doubt Deep State governments around the world will outlaw pvt. crypto coin & replace them with another gov. monopoly. It doesn't matter. Crypto concept is fatally flawed. It's nothing more than, to quote Dylan, "..the smoke rings of my mind." There's nothing there. And it's entirely dependent on a strong dependable electric grid. All crypto currencies R literally <Gone With The Wind> whenever there's an electric grid failure. We've all watched those failures become more frequent & widespread as unreliable wind & solar has received huge Chi Com Deep State subsidies to drive widespread adoption & weaken the American AWA European Economies.

Only tangible assets have real value. Crypto, like TSLA, & massively subsidized wind & solar energy are nothing but giant pump n' dump scams.

All IMHO, of course. OTOH, am a very successfully retired professional stock trader who spent a lifetime learning to spot pump & dump scams a mile away. Were that not the case? Would have retired to enjoy the privileged lifestyle of rural landed gentry. Not bragging. Just a fact for readers to consider before dismissing my views about various investments and economic issues.
