Got filled on a small order for OTRKP @ $10.61/share. Closed this out last year at $10.95/share and slowly buying back a few. Dividend is 'iffy' if stock does not rebound but there are some large hedge funds in the common shares so they will not let this go BK. A pure guess on my part but keeping position small.
