All those talking about Stock Manipulation, what happened, couldn't get your broker to fill your order fast enough and the stock ran away from you... or maybe you just couldn't resist the sharp rise in the stock and you chased it and now your holding a stock you paid 3.00 for?

Ken--
Good point. Some folks just don't know when the tree is about to bend.

But I feel firmly that the MM made a deliberate attempt to cool down BAAT's stock simply because he/they couldn't keep up with the volume. There were four spikes down that I could see in two days to shake out stop losses, and two spikes up to take people for all they could.

The third spike, at 12:10 last Thursday, is what I feel caused the selloff to $1. Yes, profit-taking would have happened eventually, but the MM made sure that there was real fear instilled in the BAAT maket.

This is just my take...but you will get many arguments from people about whether or not there was manipulation of BAAT's stock.

Perhaps my outrage is simply because this is the first time I have actually witnessed this sort of treatment of a stock...I have heard about "evil" mm's playing games with a stock, now I know it is really done.

Good luck to you, also!

Rick
