On a State grand jury, you serve for 3 months. Anything that looks like the State wants to push for charges will be brought up. Talk about being the center of gossip - except that you can't, or you could be charged yourself. So it is very interesting, but also taxing - you're not in control of your life and you don't get compensated by any reasonable amount.

I'm curious if they are passing their grand juries off from the Special Counsel's investigation, or if they are basically "owned" by the government until the investigation concludes. Seems like the lack of information leaking would indicate that it is not being passed from jury to jury. There must be some sort of accommodation for compensation and security far beyond what there is for a State grand jury. It seems that the people involved in this big mess are willing to start WWIII to hide their complicity. I am convinced it goes well beyond the 2016 election and the latest revelation proves that it did.

One thing about Grand Jury that is easier than trial jury is that you aren't compelled to be unanimous and you aren't the final deciders. It will be interesting to see if Sussman is found guilty. Getting Clinesmith to plead guilty was quite a coup. Whether he was punished or not, the important thing is that it is now fact that he did what they said he did and he agreed. No one can argue that the FBI was doing bad things after that.
