Wow! Thanks for your post and response. I never read anything dealing with any particulars at all on that litigation against ULGX. Your view shows real insight, Mel. When the stock started going down I just know my broker at Dain Bosworth said something about being sued as to the reason for the decline. He never went into particulars and I never asked - but I will be next Monday or Tuesday. Man, without a license to sell the product - you are right - ULGX would be up a creek. Anyway, thanks for your post. I'm also going to call their IR dept. after I get the ph. #. Thank you, Mel Willie
