Hi Dave,

I think you are right. Wood Gundy (house 79) was actively buying NDU and shorting UKH on the arbitrage play over the last number of days. There also was a declared short postion on UKH from a couple of months ago which could have caused the run up as these shorts lost their nerve. Merger approvals go out and merger should be done by March 14. This will be a rubber stamp.Although not mentioned much, NDU's Blende and Marg properties have hi grade VMS zones and when you combine their silver content along with the blue sky on Keno it is a compelling story.Ounces of reserve will stand up with any of the other silver plays you have been reading about lately. 2+2 = 10.
