Hi Paul: I am not being negative or accusatory, and am now getting answers to critical questions. (My reason for posting) You have helped enormously by telling us in your statement that there appear to be problems with putting the technology into practical use. That raises the question that has boggled my mind, which is how can you issue a license, and possibly let that license expire if the product cannot be used in it's present form or has some type of problem in application? Does this seem like a normal and natural occurrence of events? Inquiring minds want to KNOW!
