Quiet period... (hmmmmm...) This is actually very encouraging IMHO, since it obviously looks like they're really getting serious about releasing financials after all. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that a quiet period precedes a release of data by abouy 30 days (business days/calendar days: I don't know which). In any event, we're evidently somewhere in this nether period right now. So, as IR hinted to me: they're "trying" for the end of this month. And, as Matty indicated within about two months. We'll see. Again, the financials, once released still have to be decent for us to move.

On the DoubleClick side, IMHO, they have the whole pie on the table and everybody has a pretty good idea of what it'll taste like. I'm really hoping that these NETZ "#'s" aren't just a "list of numbers" but a 10-K. That would at least, I hope, indicate the lay of the land and put us more on a par w/the DC info that'll be out there shortly.

Any thoughts as to whether the DC IPO could be putting pressure on NETZ to release #'s and business plan info????
