Re: v-Wave current Risk assessment..................

The v-Wave is flattening out here even as the indexes search for lower
levels. There's a lot of "sorting out" going on. It takes just a 22% gain
in the latest 13 weeks to get one's stock listed on Value Line's "Best
Performers" list. Best on the list is up just 55%. Over on the "Worst" list
it takes a drop of 43% to make the bad boys list and a drop of over 63% to
be listed the worst. This represents a significant change in money flow
from the start of the year.

Declining stock issues outnumbered advancing ones by a 3:2 margin last
week. New 52 week highs were just 2.9% of the issues traded while New
Lows represented 18.8%. It looks as though sellers must have had greater
motivation than buyers.

All of my trades last week were buys. I do have a couple of GTC Limit
Orders in to sell, but prices moved away from my targets most of the
week.

Have a great weekend,
OAG Tom
