Sussman’s defense Lawyer was the one who Spied on the President

“Ok a couple days ago, Sussman said (via lawyers in court) the spying on the Executive Office of the President happened during Obama’s term in office NOT Trump’s.

“Which is a whole other set of can of worms that implicates Obama in spying on the Trump campaign…but we’ll shelve that. The thing is, Sussman said b/c Durham said executive office of the president, everyone assumed Trump and it’s created a whole media furor for no reason and Durham had no good excuse to bring that shit up. So says Sussman.

“Durham’s response is KILLER. He says he brought it up because Sussman’s current defense lawyer was working at the Executive Office of the President when the hacking occured.

“the Government included these paragraphs to apprise the Court of the factual basis for one of the potential conflicts described in the Government’s Motion, namely, that a member of the defense team was working for the Executive Office of the President of the United States (“EOP”) during relevant events that involved the EOP” courtlistener.com

“The most likely candidate is Sussman’s defense lawyer, Michael Bosworth. Bosworth was Obama’s deputy White House Counsel prnewswire.com

“Durham did not just throw out ‘a potential conflict of interest’ willy nilly. Dollars to f—–g Donuts he knows Bosworth is an accomplice. He shot a shot across the bow with yesterday’s response to Sussman’s motion for dismissal, letting the defense lawyer know, ‘look, you’re next in the defendant chair, you better recuse yourself today.’ Also this puts Obama in the mix. No way Obama’s WH Counsel was operating without Obama’s knowledge. This is YUGE!
