He shot a shot across the bow with yesterday’s response to Sussman’s motion for dismissal, letting the defense lawyer know, ‘look, you’re next in the defendant chair, you better recuse yourself today.’ Also this puts Obama in the mix. No way Obama’s WH Counsel was operating without Obama’s knowledge. This is YUGE!
