$35 for Quickbooks session. I recently had to call Intuit to ask a question about installing Quickbooks on my new computer. The technician was very efficient, first at making sure that i paid my $35 before answering any questions, and then in answering my question. While I didn't enjoy paying the money, i was impressed with INTU's method of handling it. Good business practice. speaking as shareholder, rather than customer. Larry
