Bruce,

I believe that AVAL directors own around 29% of the stock. There is
around 12.5 million FD and 3.2 in the float. I do not like to give
price targets on the upside but 1.00-2.00 is not out of line as it all
depends how well we all do our telling others the story of AVAL. Most
people on this thread own stock from here up to 40 cents. I would say
that you better hit the offer as early as Monday if you want stock in this range depending on how much you want. I small block will probably
not push the offer much but a large block would push it easily over
30 cents.
