Here's the "Silver lining": This little co with the patent - W the "rug" pulled out from under ULGX, they may well "re-negotiate". If the "new terms" are reasonable, ULGX may have a chance to get "back on track". If it does not happen soon enough, the time for "redemption" may pass.
