I agree that no law suits will be a very positive factor. As to rapid recoveries, that depends on a lot of things--I'd be interested in how the first quarter turns out, and whether major contracts materialize. The secondary offering did leave SMCI with a strong balance sheet & this will help it weather any SHORT TERM problems. If there are long term problems, look out below.
