Bill take a look at the charts of ABX or ASA they both have already the double bottom in place since mid January.

I am also watching the emerging market bonds and i can tell you they GYRATE. Brazil for example 150bp in 10 days. On the other hand from main street (commercial banks) I sense a very restrictive approach to South America, not to mention South East Asia.
