Questions to or directed toward the Officers and Directors of Consolidated Eco Systems, Inc. 1) How many shares of EXSO do you currently hold? 2) Are you currently buying, selling or holding? 3) Would you make gifts of EXSO shares to your parents, children, friends and relatives? 4) How would you rate the prospectus of the Company? A. Excellent B. Good C. Fair D. Poor E. Bad F. Worse than imaginable. 5) What is the current Status of the following: - Debentures - Re-financing - Revenues - Cashflow - Earnings - Creditors- APS & Banks - Employee Morale including you - New Business 6) If you can not answer any of these questions, should I be worried?
