Hey value investors.

UAN reported Q4 2021 results today with $61m net income.

The forward outlook is better than the Q4 2021 results.

The market cap of UAN is about $1.1 billion. UAN is on a net income run rate of about $250m per year, and that run rate is expected to improve in the near term.

So the forward PE is about 4x, maybe less?

That sounds like a value stock.

UAN is better than the vast majority of stocks out there because they are going to pay you their free cash flows in distributions. They are paying $5.25 for Q4, and that's just one quarter. Fertilizer prices have risen from the prices realized by UAN in Q4 2021. Their sales price on the same volume should be higher going forward. And their direct costs are expected to be decline.

Did I mention a few months ago that UAN is going to piss money on it's investors? The rain has begun!
