Really? I thought it was someone who wanted their day in court. I must be mistaken then.

There has been a lockdown of the world economy... I thought the link was by somebody who was interested to open up the economy, not lock it down.

The words "legal" and "illegal" obviously have very different meanings to you than how I understand things.
