You just proved yourself an ignorant TrumpPUNK or MagaMaggot. There is/was no Keystone pipeline, NO off shore drilling, NO drilling on federal lands and we had $10 pbl. oil. So how did that happen? Pay attention moron. When oil went to $10 pbl and then negative producing wells were capped. New drilling stopped, Small banks with loans to drilllers were in trouble with bad loans and big banks refused to loan. EVERYTHING that was in place when oil was $10 pbl and lower is still in place. GOT IT?? With the BIDEN economic recovery supply/demand got out of whack. Putin and the Saudis LOWERED production. I've followed this for years. So tell me what "producing" wells has BIDEN shut down and what policy is doing it??
