Typical TrumPUNK MagaMaggot defection. The existing Keystone pipeline continued shipping oil. In fact in 2021 there was a record amount of Canadian oil crossing our border. GOT IT? Everything is the same as when oil was $10 pbl and lower. You have no idea of how many wells were capped at the time. You have no idea how many banks were in trouble with bad loans expecting $50 pbl oil. If you have different info post it. Putin and OPEC cut backs led by the Saudis added to the problem.
