Again, you make my point. PAY ATTENTION!!!! Wells were capped, banks would not loaning to drillers. Trump;s screw up with covid caused the economy to shut down. You cannot cite Keystone, exploration, Fed leases, that were not producing one drop of oil as causing the problem. Pure economics. A recovery boom and supply/demand out of whack at the same time PUTIN and OPEC, run by the Saudis cut production. Geez why are you being so dense?
