Dirt. They have dirt on everyone. They are using it. The Extortion State. Coming to a phone near you.

(If they can't find it, they'll manufacture it. Helps to have at least a grain of truth to start with - as in Secret Islands, spitting images, gushing mothers, and questionable fathers.)

Can't extort what is already almost common knowledge, so what else lurks?
