I too am familiar with this broadcast and Dunnery Best. I did not read his article in Globe and Mail but have made a few observations on trading patterns of Midland.

Midland was a net seller on the way down from 45.00 (Can) and has continued to sell to the 28.00 (Can) level. I do not have the capability to track net purchases and sales of Midland, but am sure they are a net seller as opposed to a net buyer. My portfolio tracker only shows the last 5 sales at any given time. When I look at the sales that have occurred ( on several occassions) Midland is always on the sell side big time with the odd purchase.

I do not profess to be an expert and am not one. The question here is, If he is reccommending to purchase and his company ( Midland) is selling into any strength, do we have a double standard?

Perhaps someone with the capability could post Midlands net purchases and sales prior to the slide and thereafter.( TSE trades)

This may mean nothing at all, just regular trading, however one must be careful these days in light of what has happened with this stock.

I am long on NN but very wary of any analysts reports these days.
