This company is far from a dead horse.

SystemSoft stock is still higher than the IPO price. The vast majority of IPOs go
below their offering price within a year because most companies are reluctant to
sell stock for less than it's worth.

A company that is breaking even and is unlikely to earn any money should be
selling at book value. SystemSoft is selling for more than 3x book value, which
makes it more expensive than Award and Phoenix. SystemSoft is losing heaps
of money and has no prospects for future earnings.

Company Price Shares Mark Cap EPS P/E Book
SystemSoft 3 5/16 26,719 88,507 big loss NA 25,311
Award 9 7/8 7,710 76,136 0.68 15 29,812

SystemSoft is losing heaps of money in Asia. Award reported a big gain in Asia
and has the highest exposure, so they're the beneficiary of the lack of focus at
SystemSoft. Award has publicly stated that their stock is undervalued and they're
buying it back, while SystemSoft is considering repricing stock options.

It makes no sense that SystemSoft is selling for more than Award. Maybe that
will change when margin calls come in next week, but investors always seem
to give SystemSoft the benefit of the doubt regardless of the number of times
they've been jilted.
