Robert: For your first stock discussion on SI you couldn't have picked anything more entertaining than WACC. The price has dropped 99% over the past six months or so, lots of negative talk about CEO past, on the other hand they have a potentially VERY profitable plan in place, they expect to get listed at least short term on OTC-BB. That suggests maybe getting their house in order and not sacrificing the shareholders by way of reverse split. The divesting of oil & gas properties should be complete this month (encountered some delays). The timeshare development should begin somewhere around the 10th of July. They are expected to take possession of the first 35 acres then. My opinion based on research and conversation with company and PR....don't invest on the strength of anything that may be said here... check it out yourself. You can contact WACC directly @ 1-800-564-0547 or 352-861-0012 and try to speak with Daniel Boyar. Some positive sounding information can be accessed from the PR firm Dilenschneider Group at 212-922-0900 (provided by Nicholas Kormanik). Bob Stone is in charge of the WACC account and he also has Paul Walker working on it with him. I phoned Bob after previous posters on this thread commented on their conversations with him. Sounded sincere, said that if his company didn't trust Boyar they'd be long gone. Any of the numbers will provide investor information pack. The first one I received even included a video. So far I am many thousand dollars down on WACC so I look for the bright side of everything I see and read. Review the posts here and read the ones on Yahoo as well. There's a lot of garbage on the Yahoo thread, but some honest effort on the part of others as well. Anything you do find please share with the rest of us!!! JOE
