Some European nations are too dependent on Russian energy exports? Dang, can't impose sanctions there!

Some European nations wouldn't be affected too much by disconnecting Russia from the SWIFT banking network? Dang, can't do that either.

But hey, we can always blame Trump for calling Putin a "savvy genius!" That should go a long way toward freeing Ukrainians ...
