NATO/U.S. will have permanent bases for U.S. military in the Baltic states. Will no longer rotate NATO troops. Already happening in Poland. Soon the same in Romania. Growing protests in Russia. Two words Putin should fear..."Body bags". It's been reported that Russian dead are being cremated. Not sure if it's true but sounds like what Putin would do. 22 years of Putin and Russia has nothing but oil/nat gas to offer the world. Also, a fairly large population of 19-25 year old males that are being conscripted. They face 12 months service. It's been reduced from 18 mos. IMHO, Russia will implode. Not sure of the time line but it will happen. RDK
