WTIC probably has further to fall than that:

1. Strong indications, Iran sanctions will end soon, adding 1mb/d+ to supply, with the expectation of further increases in Iran supply later.

2. Russia sanctions are looking rather token. For all the noise and bluster, sanctions will not include oil, natgas, or SWIFT. And China will not participate in any sanctions.
