One of the shops I buy a good part of my product from was up to 16-20 weeks lead time for standard items with substantial price hikes They ship all around USA. They stopped doing any custom stuff pre pandemic because they had enough work. Lead time is now back to 3 weeks. They are even doing custom pieces for me in under 2 weeks This is typical what I am seeing Prime mall stores closing at 7 pm or earlier. Unheard of. I recall the last recession when they cut hours from 9:30 to 9 Those commercial REITs will be sitting on a LOT of vacant property soon
